The District 6 Band MPA trip for band students at Lincoln MS, Mountain View MS, Rio Rancho MS, Rio Rancho High, and Cleveland High on Saturday, February 28 has been canceled.  The forecast is for snow and hazardous road conditions to persist through Saturday morning.

RRPS Maintains High Graduation Rates, Expectations
The numbers for the Class of 2014 are in, and in a year where state graduation rates dropped, RRPS's graduation rate rose slightly even as the district maintained its rigorous academic expectations. RRPS has the highest graduation rate in the state for large school districts. Congratulations to our students and teachers!

PARCC testing for grades 3-5 begins March 9. 
First Grade Music Performance
The first graders will be having their big Music Program Thursday, March 12th in the cafeteria at 6pm.  The kids have been working very hard and are excited to perform on this memorable night!   If you are a first grade parent or guardian, you can find more information on the 1st grade music page.
